ClearBy signing above I agree to the following terms and conditions of service: 1. Scope of Work
This invoice covers the agreed-upon Brand Design Upgrade services as outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Any additional requests outside of this scope will be billed separately at the standard rate.
2. Payment Terms
A non-refundable payment of service is required to begin work. P3. Revisions
This project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions.
Additional revisions beyond this will be billed at $250 per hour. Revisions must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
4. Timeline & Client Responsibility
Project timelines are dependent on timely client feedback and asset delivery.
Delays in communication exceeding 7 days may result in timeline shifts or project rescheduling.
5. Ownership & Usage Rights
Final design files will be transferred upon full payment.
The designer retains the right to showcase the work in their portfolio, marketing materials, and social platforms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
All payments made are non-refundable.
If the project is canceled after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to that point.
7. File Delivery
Final deliverables will be provided in agreed formats (e.g., PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, etc.).
Source files are included. 8. Liability
The designer is not liable for any business outcomes resulting from the use of the designs.
